Determination of α-Pinene、Isoborneol、Borneol and Menthol in Anodyne Medicated Membrane by GC

Abstract:

The content of α-pinene、isoborneol、borneol and menthol in anodyne medicated membrane were determined by GC. Their retention times were 3.03,8.60,9.08,9.55(min).Their recovery were 99.83%,98.73%,98.50%,100.11%, and RSD 1.78%,0.65%,0.57%,0.08%.
