Experimental Study on Inhibitory Effect of Chaikou Granule on Lipid Peroxidation in Rats with Chronic Alcoholic Liver Injury

    Abstract:

    The liver-protective effect of a Chinese medical prescription,Chaikou granule was observed in rats with alcoholic liver injury.The result showed that Chaikou granule could obviously enhance activities of SOD,CATand GSH-PX in the liver or in the blood,and reduce the MDA and free radicals in the plasma and liver,indicating the increase of anti-oxidation potency in tissue.
