Determination and Comparison of Active Fiaction A of Guizhi Tang(Ⅰ)

Abstract:

High Performance Liquid Chromatography coupled with Mass Spectroscopy(HPLC/MS)was applied to compare two kinds of active fraction A of Guizhi Tang,single-directional thermoregulation sample and dual-directional one.Mass-to-charge ratio(M/Z)of MS and HPLC responds were used to obtain the fingerprint chromatography and identify both of the distinctions.The substances base of dual-directional thermoregulation of active fraction A of Guizhi Tang was discussed at the first time.
