Abstract:

Objective:To screening the optimized extracting technique of oleanolic acid from Achyranthes bidentats Bl.Methods:To determine the content of oleanolic acid with different extracting technique by the orthogonal designed methods(L₁₈(3⁷).Results:The optimum extracting technique is A₁B₂C₁D₁,that is the crude drug in twenty mesh refluxed by 70% alcohol for one hour.
