Studies on the Quality Conrol of Renshenbaidu Capsule

Abstract:

The qualitative analysis of Renshenbaidu capsule were used by identification of radix angelicae pubescentis,rhizoma et radix notopterygii,radix ginseng and fructus aurantii with TLC methods.The quantitative control were used by determining the content of angeloyloxy-columbianetin,a component from Angelica pubescens f.biserrata,as a marker component,of the capsule with HPLC method.The linear correlation (r=0.9994)and recovery(102.4%) showed this method is suitable to control the quality.
