The Comparative Studies on the Extracting Techniques of Jinlianhua by Even-design and Orthogonal-design Methods

Abstract:

Objective:To compare the extracting methods of Jinlianhua evaluated by even-designed and orthogonal-designed methods.Results:The main factors to extract Jinlianhua evaluated by extracted yield and total flavones were 65% alcohol with orthogonal design method,and 65% and 70% alcohol with even-design method.Conclusion:The similar results were obtained by those two methods.
