    Abstract:

    Objective:To establish the quality standard of Shutong capsule.Methods:The content of main component,emodin,was determined by TLC scanning method,λs=440nm,λR=550nm.Results and conclusions:The average recovery and RSD were 100.3% and 2.6%,respectively.The method was available for quality control of Shutong capsule.
