    Abstract:

    Objective:To establish the quality of Bantushengfa granules.Methods:The content of main component,2,3,5,4′-tetrohyoxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside,was determined by HPLC.The mobile phase consisted of acetontrile-3% acetic acid water solutoion(12∶88) and UV detection wavelength was 320nm.Result:The average recovery and RSD were 99.33% and 1.74%,respectively.Conclution:The method is accurate,reproducible and can be used for content of Bantushengfa granules.
