Determination of Codeine in Qiangli Pipa Lu by HPLC

Abstract:

To determine codeine in Qiangli Pipa Lu by HPLC method.The liquid chromatography was carried out using a Phenomenex C₁₈ column (150×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase was composed of 0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile (94∶6).Detection wavelength was 210nm.The average recovery was 99.9% and the _RSD is 1.6%.The method is accurate,sensitive and reproducible.It can be used for quality control of Qiangli Pipa Lu.
