Studies on Quality Standard of Jieyuzhitong Granules

Abstract:

Objective:To establish the quality control methods for Jieyuzhitong Granules.Method:Rhizoma Cyperi、Radix Paeoniae Rubra、Rhizoma corydalis、Radix scutellariae in Jieyuzhitong Granules were identified by TLC.The paeoniflot in Jieyuzhitong Granules was determined by HPLC.Result:The studies on the quality control showed that the characteristics for identification by TLC were distinct.The quantification method had the linear range of 0.214～1.070μg.The average recovery was 99.66% and its RSD was 0.71%.Conclusion:The quality stuandard of the Jieyuzhitong Granules were established.The methods were simple,reproducible and realizable.
