Study on Effect of Fuzheng Quxie Chinese Drugs on Monkey of SIV Infection Moden

Abstract:

Objective:To Investigate the effect of Lyke Granule on simian immunodeficiency Virus(SIV) infection model. SAIDS model were used. Using monoclonal antibody label on CD⁺₄ and CD⁺₈ cells in PBMC with direct immunofluorescence,the percentage was analyzed by flow cytometry and analyzed CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈ ratio. T and B cells proliferation induced by mitogens was defected before treatment and after treatment with Lyke Granule. Results indicate that Lyke Granule enhanced the proliferation of T and B cells induced by motogen,CD⁺₄ T cells were increased in PBMC and CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈ were changed.
