Dtermination of Tetramethylpyrazine in Fufang Chuanxiong Capules by HPLC

Abstract:

Objectivt:To establish a determining method for Tetramethylpyrazine(TMP)in Fufang Chuanxiong Capules by high-perfomance liquid chromatography.Methods:Tetramethylpyrazine was extracted from Fufang Chuanxiong Capules by 80% methanol.Nova-Pak C_{18 colum(3.9mm×300mm,4μm) was used as stationary phase,methanol-H 2O(50:50v/v)was used as mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.7mL·min-1 and the wavelength of detection was at 282nm.Results:The calibration curve was showed good linearity within the concentration range of 5～50 μg·mL^-1 r=0.9996,the average recovery was 99.0%,RSD=1.2%.Conclusion:The established method is accurate,precise and simple.}
