Pharmacodvnamic Study on the Sediments that Produced by Matching of Herbs in Xiexintang

Abstract:

Objective: To observe the Pharmacological effect of the sediments produced by matching of Herbs in Xiexintang.Method:Gastric ulcer model of rat induced by polorous ligation with aspirin administration model of rat induced by carragreenin were used.Bactriostatic effect was evaluated by using gold staphylococcus and Escherichia.Effects of Xiexin decoction,the supemate and the sediments of the decoction were compared by using the above mentioned models and bacterial cultuer.Result:The effects of the sediments of Xiexin decoction and that of the Xiexin decoction are similar.Conclusion:Biological activity of the sediments that produced by matching of herbs of Xiexintang decocting and that of the Xiexin decoction are the same.
