The Name of Hepatolenticular Degeneration Oppugned

Abstract:

Disease name diagnosis is the core matter in clinical diagnosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The name of Hepatolenticular degeneration has a lot of problems from a scientific, standar dization and normalization point of view. Based on classical literatures, the authors discuss the shortcoming of the disease name and suggest to replace "hepatolenticular degeneration" by "Wilson's disease".
