Curative Effect of Ganneng Dropping Pills on Ducks in vivo Transfected by DHBV

Abstract:

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Ganneng Dropping Pills on ducks transfected by DHBV.Methods:The Beijing ducks of one day age injected DHBV(iv) were feeding Ganneng Dropping Pills of different dose concentrations(125、250 and 500mg/kg) two times a day,then observe the influence of this drugs on DHBV-DNA and on the toxicity to ducks seven days later.Results:The middle-dose concentration(250mg/kg) showed apparent curative effect on ducks,and the high-dose concentration(500mg/mL) showed definite effect,while the low-dose concentration(125mg/mg) showed no inhibitory effect on DHBV.Conclusion:Ganneng Dropping Pills have curative effect on ducks in vivo transfected by DHBV.
