Optimization of Processing Technology for Atractylodes macrocephala Frying with Bran

Abstract:

Objective: To optimize processing technology of Atractylodes macrocephala frying with bran. Method: With the content of atractylenolide Ⅰ,atractylenolide Ⅱ,atractylenolide Ⅲ and atractylone as indexes,which were determined by HPLC,effects of frying temperature,frying time and the amount of bran on processing technology was investigated by L₉(3⁴) orthogonal test,in order to determine the best technology. Result: Optimum processing technology was as following:frying temperature 170 ℃,frying time 2 min,the amount of bran 10%. Conclusion: This optimized processing technology was stable and practicable.
