Abstract:Objective: To optimize microwave-assisted extraction technology conditions for alantolactone and isoalantolactone from roots of Inula helenium. Method: With the content of alantolactone and isoalantolactone as indexes, which were determined by HPLC,effects of the concentration of ethanol,liquid-solid ratio, extraction time and temperature on technology was investigated by single factor test and orthogonal test. Result: Optimal technology conditions described as followings:microwave extracted 180 s with 15 times the amount of 90% ethanol at 45 ℃. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable and feasible with low energy consumption and time saving.
