HPLC Method for Simultaneous Determination of 8 Kinds of Alkaloids in Total Alkaloids of Sophora Alopecuroides

Abstract:

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of alkaloids in the TASA. Method: HPLC method was used with acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (triethylamine adjust pH value greater than 6.45) as mobile phase by gradient elution. The column temperature was kept at 35 ℃, and the detection wavelength was set at 205 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. Result: Eight kinds of alkaloids were separated well, and the content was greater than 50%. Conclusion: The method is simple, more convenient and accurate for determination of the content of TASA than the original standard titration method.
