Abstract:Objective: To analyze the constituents of volatile oils in Amomum kravanh from various habitats. Method: The column temperature was controlled by a program with capillary column HP-5MS and the MS analysis was performed with EI and quadruple mass analyzer. The chemical composition was identified by NIST08 and Wiley275 library, and their relative contents were determined by using normalization method of chromatographic peak areas. Result: There were 19 common compounds in A. kravanh from various habitats which were eucalyptol, α-caryophyllene,β-pinene, α-pinene,α-cubebene, o-cymene. Conclusion: The main constituents were different in various habitats.
