    Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the influence of compound cordyceps militaris granules on the immunity function of mice. Method: Mice were randomized into the normal group, levamisole hydrochloride group and compound cordyceps militaris granules group with 0.355,0.71,2.13,4.26,8.52,12.78 g·kg-1, and dinitrofluorobenzene induced delayed type hypersensitivity test (DTH) and carbon clearance test in vivo were employed to evaluate the immunologic function of mice. Compound cordyceps militaris granules containing serum on effects of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and concanavalin A (ConA) induced lymphocyte proliferation was detected by MTT test. Result: The compound cordyceps militaris granules given by ig 0.355 g·kg-1 could significantly potentiate DTH in mice (P<0.01), and 2.13 g·kg-1 of the granules was significantly enhanced the DTH in mice (P<0.05). Carbon clearance test showed that compound cordyceps militaris granules given by ig (0.71, 0.355 g·kg-1) could evidently improve the carbon clearance indexes (P<0.05).Lymphocyte proliferation in 2.13 g·kg-1 compound cordyceps militaris containing serum group was significantly enhanced comparing with control group (P<0.01), and 4.26,8.52,12.78 g·kg-1 compound cordyceps militaris containing serum group was significantly enhanced comparing with control group (P<0.05). Compound cordyceps militaris contaming serum 4.26 g·kg-1 could enhance ConA-induced T cell proliferation (P<0.01). Compound cordyceps militaris contaming serum 12.78 g·kg-1 could improve the proliferation of LPS-induced B lymphocyte obviously(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound cordyceps militaris granules can enhance immune function obviously.
