Abstract:Objective: To investigate the chemical components of flavonoids of Eucommiae Folium. Method: Various column chromatography were used in the isolation and purification, physiochemical constant determination and spectral analysis were adopted to determine the chemical structures of flavonoids. Result: Eight flavonoids were isolated from Eucommiae Folium,quercetin(1),rutin(2),hyperin(3),quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyloside(4),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),quercetin-3-O-sambubioside(6),kaempherol-3-O-sambubioside(7),quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(8). Conclusion: 4 and 7 compounds were first isolated from this plant.
