Abstract:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of ophiopogonin D' in Zengye decoction. Method: The DiamonsilTMC18(4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm)was used at 33 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of water-actonitrile(52:48) at a flow rate of 0.80 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was set at 208 nm. Result: The calibration curve was linear within the ranges of 0.018-0.180 g·L-1 (r=0.999 9) for ophiopogonin D'.The average recovery of ophiopogonin D'was 99.4% (RSD 0.73%, n=9). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Zengye decoction.
