摘要:

采用薄层色谱法对四神丸进行定性研究,并采用薄层扫描法测定其补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。建议本法用于四神丸的质量控制。

Abstract:

TLC was used qualitative to study Sishen Pill. The contents of psoralen and isopsoralen in the pills were successfully determined by TLC-densitometry,indicating that this method can be used for quality control of Sishen Pills.
