Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of a New Preparation Kening Granule

摘要:

建立了“咳宁”冲剂的薄层定性方法,并利用TLCS法测定了其中麻黄生物碱的含量,雷氏盐沉淀──酸碱滴定法测定了其中百部总碱的含量。

Abstract:

A identification method using TLC for a new preparation Kening granule was established.The content of ephedrine was determined by TLCS and the total alkaloid content of Radix Stemonae in the granule was estimated with a reinecke salt precipitation-acid-base titration method.
