半夏泻心汤对照射引起小肠运动紊乱的调节作用

摘要:

照后大鼠的小肠移行性综合肌电(MMC)发生紊乱,给与半夏泻心汤治疗后能使MMC恢复正常的周期活动,降低照后大鼠的腹泻发生率(P＜0.01),延长其活存时间(P＜0.01)。表明它对照射引起的大鼠小肠运动紊乱有调节作用。

Abstract:

oral administration of Banxia Xiexin decoction could recover MMC normal periodicity of small intestine fron1 irradiation-induced the intestine disorder in rats.The decoction was found to miligate on set of diarrhea(P＜0.01)and extend survival time of rats(P＜0.01).The observation indicated that the decoction can regulate thedisorder of sn1all intestine motility in rats after irradiation.
