扶正化瘀方与养阴柔肝方预防大鼠实验性肝癌的研究

Fuzhcng Huayu Recipe and Yangyin Rougan Reeipc in preventing Hepatocarcinoma of Rats

扶正化瘀方与养阴柔肝方对DEN诱发大鼠肝癌的作用结果表明,大鼠癌前期(14周)肝细胞增生灶明显减少。肝组织GGT、GST及血清ALP活性显著下降。动物诱癌24周后,对照组的肝癌发生率为100%,扶正化瘀方组与养阴柔肝方组分别为92.9%与85.7%。用药组的癌变程度较轻,AFP阳性区及GGT阳性灶均降低或减少,肝组织GGT、GST与血清ALP活性降低;其中以养阴柔肝方的作用为优。

Abstract:

As con1pared with non-dosed controls,the liver of the rats treated with Fuzheng Huayu recipe or Yangyin Rougan recipe was observed to display obvious decrease in the number of hyperplastic zones in the hepatocytes during the precarcinoma period. Also,activities of GGT and GST in the liver and serum ALP were markedly reduced.In the 24th week after the rats was treated bV diethylnitrosamine(DEN) for induction of hepatocarcinoma,the incidence of hepatocarcinoma was 100%in the control,while 92.9%and 85.7%,respectively,in the groups treated with the two recipes.And the lower activities of GGT and GST in the live and serum ALP were also found.Yangyin Rougan recipe appeared to be more potent than the other one in preventing the cancer,The findings from hepatocyte cycle kinetics suggested that the two Chinese recipes were able to inhibit synthesis of hepatocyte DNA,leading to interruption of the cell division and proliferation.
