病窦康口服液质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Standards for Bingdoukang Oral Liquid

摘要:

采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了复方制剂病窦康口服液中人参皂甙Rg₁的含量,建立了乌头碱限量检查方法并对甘草、附子进行了薄层定性鉴别。

Abstract:

Dual wavelength TLC-scanner was employed for determination of Ginsenoside Rg₁ in Bingdoukang oral liquid. Radix Aconite Praeparata and Radix Glycyrrhizae were qualitatively identified by TLC, also the limited doses of aconitine was determined.
