灰色系统理论与均匀设计结合在补阳还五汤处方筛选中的应用

摘要:

以纤维蛋白溶解活性、纤溶酶活性为指标,采用均匀设计和灰色系统理论中关联度分析相结合的方法对补阳还五汤处方进行优选和分析,结果表明：补阳还五汤原方作用最好,处方中当归、赤芍、地龙对作用影响较大。

Abstract:

The animal experiments in this study showed that Buyang Huanwu decoction as a whole had the best effects, such as dissolving fibrin and increasing the activity of fibrinolysin, based on evidence derived from the uniform design, and the relational grade analysis in gray theory. Of all the ingredients in Buyang Huanwu decoction, Radix Angelicas Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Lumbricus played the most important role.
