血浆中黄芩甙的HPLC测定方法

Determination of Baicalin in Rabbit Plasma by Reversed Phase HPLC

摘要:

采用HPLC法建立了家兔血浆中黄芩甙(baicalin)测定方法。用甲醇沉淀家兔血浆蛋白,氮气流将上清液吹干,以少量流动相溶解残渣,用HPLC方法测定。该方法可用于家兔静脉注射黄芩甙后血药浓度的测定。

Abstract:

The determination of baicalin in rabbit plasma was carried out by RP HPLC.The rabbit plasma was obtained by precipitating with methanol,evaporating the supernatant to dry with the nitrogen steam and dissolving the residual with small amount of the mobile phase.The average recovery was 98.80%.
