摘要:

采用薄层层析法对宽胸解毒颗粒中的虎杖?黄连?枳实进行定性鉴别,并用高效液相色谱法对制剂中虎杖的大黄素成分进行含量测定,回收率为100.88%,变异系数为2.77%。

Abstract:

The qualitative identifications of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati,Rhizoma Coptidis and Fructus Aurantii Immaturus were determined in kuanxiong jiedu granule was determined by TLC. The content of emodin in the granule was determined by HPLC,with recovery of 100.88% andRSDof 2.77%.
