宁参胶囊制备工艺的研究

摘要:

以天门冬酰胺含量?浸膏得率为指标,对七种提取方法进行了考察,确定了宁参胶囊制备工艺路线;并经正交实验优选了制备工艺条件。结果表明,以12倍的水为溶媒,煎煮1h并只煎1次的制备工艺为最佳。

Abstract:

The pharmaceutical technology of Ningshen capsule was determined by observing seven extraction methods with the indexes of the content of asparagine and of the yield of extract. The optimal technology was choiced as decocting in twelvefold water one time for one hour by orthogonal test.
