红景天胶囊对实验性心肌缺血合并心衰大鼠的影响

Effect of Hongjingtian Capsule on Experimental Myocardial Ischemia with Heart Failure in Rats

摘要:

大鼠颈外静脉插管注入脑垂体后叶素(0.5U/kg)及心得安(5mg/kg)后,心电图出现ST段抬高?T波升高?心率加快?QRS波峰降低等异常改变。红景天胶囊能有效防止实验动物心电图的上述改变,提示该药对急性心肌缺血合并心衰有一定的预防作用。

Abstract:

After posterior pituitary hormone(0.5 U/kg)and propanolol(5 mg/kg)were injected through external jugular vein cannula in rats,abnormal ECG changes appeared,which included raised S-T segment,peaked T wave,accelerated heart rate,depressed QRS spike.Hongjingtian Capsule could effectively prevent the above-mentioned ECG changes in experimental animals,which suggested that the capsule had preventive effect on the acute myocardial ischemia with heart failure.
