本文采用薄层色谱法对复方虫草珍珠胶囊中的主药进行了定性鉴别,并采用薄层扫描法对其中的甘草酸进行了含量测定,方法简便,重现性好,回收率为98.44%,变异系数为2.76%,此方法可作为该制剂的质量控制标准?

Abstract:

The main components were identified by TLC methods.The content of glycyrrhizic acid in the capsule was also determined by TLC-scanning.These methods are simple with a good reproducibility,recovery 98.44% and RSD 2.76%.The methods are available for quality control of this standard.
