Patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were treated by No.2 mammary decoction, which could promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, disperse the depressed liver-qi and alleviating pain and soften and resolve hard mass. The total effective rate of No.2 mammary decoction was 81%, which was higher than that of Rupixiao.
