通腑醒神胶囊定性、定量方法研究

Studies on the Quality Control Standard of Tongfuxingshen Capsule

摘要:

采用薄层色谱法对通腑醒神胶囊中的番泻叶、虎杖、人工牛黄粉进行了定性鉴别,其中番泻叶、虎杖为同板鉴别。采用分光光度法测定药品中总蒽醌甙含量;同时,采用薄层扫描法测定游离蒽醌大黄素的含量。本方法简便、准确、重现性好。

Abstract:

Folium sennae,rhizoma polygoni cupidati and artificial calcalus bovis in Tongfuxingshen Capsule were qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography method. The quantitative assayes were determined both of anthraquinone glucoside by spectrophotometer method and of emodin by the TLC-scanner method.
