桂枝汤A部分有效成分指纹图谱归属(二)

Assignment of Components in Active Fraction A of Guizhitang by Fingerprint Profile(Ⅱ)

摘要:

利用LCMS联用技术对桂枝汤A部分及组成桂枝汤的五味单味药的A部分进行了多维全息化学特征谱的指认。通过质谱的质荷比(MZ)值及高效液相色谱中峰保留时间的相互对照,将桂枝汤A部分中的主要成分进行了归属,方法重现性好,准确性高。

Abstract:

The components in fraction A of Guizhitang which contained five herbal medicines,i.e.ramulus cinnamomi,radix paeoniae alba,rhizoma zingiberis recens and fructus jujubae,were assigned by comparison of corresponding part of each herbs with HPLC-MS method.From the ionic fragments of MS and the retained time of each peaks in HPLC,the main component of fraction A were assigned.
