胃炎消片的质量标准研究

摘要:

采用TLC法对胃炎消片中黄芪、三七、白芍和黄连进行了定性鉴别,并运用薄层扫描法测定人参皂苷Rg1的含量。其平均回收率为98.8%,RSD为1.46%。

Abstract:

The qualitative identification of astragalus,radix notoginseng,radix paeoniae alba and rhizoma coptidis in weiyanxiao tablets were analyzed by TLC method.The contents of ginsenoside Rg1 were determined by TLC scanning method.The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 98.8% and 1.46% respectively.
