复壮胶囊方药半仿生提取法提取药材组合方式的优选

Optimization of Extracts Combination Isolated from Ingredients of Fuzhuang Capsule by Semi-bionic Extraction

摘要:

目的:选择复壮胶囊方药成分提取时药材最佳组合方式。方法:将方药组合成15组,用半仿生提取法提取,提取液作淫羊藿苷、β-谷甾醇、甜菜碱、人参二醇、人参三醇、总糖、干浸膏及无水乙醇精制液的高效液相梯度洗脱总积分面积的测定。结果:8个指标综合评价Y值以ABCD最大。结果:复壮胶囊方药成分提取时以淫羊藿、肉苁蓉、枸杞、人参混合提取为最佳。

Abstract:

Objective:To optimize the extraction methods of combined ingredients of Fuzhuang capsule.Methods:Dividing the ingredients into 15 groups extracted by semi-bionic extraction (SBE),determining the gradient elution total integral areas of Icariine,β-sitosterol,betarine,panaxadiol,panaxitriol,total saccharine,dried extract weight and absolute alcohol solution by HPLC.Results and conclusion:The comprehensive evaluation of the eight index showed that mixing herb Epimedii,herb Cistanchis,fructus Lycii and radix Ginseng together to extract is the best combination.
