高效液相色谱法测定银翘解毒颗粒中绿原酸的含量

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Yinqiaojiedu Granuces by HPLC

摘要:

目的:运用高效液相色谱法测定银翘解毒颗粒中绿原酸的含量。方法:采用Hypersil C₁₈柱,甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(15:85:1:0.2)为流动相,检测波长为324nm。结果:绿原酸的回收率为98.12%,RSD=0.97%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、快速、重复性好,可作为制剂的定量分析方法。

Abstract:

Objectives: To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Yinqiaojiedu Granuces by HPLC. Method: The analysis was performed on an hypersil C18 column, with a mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid-glacial-triethylamine (15:85:1:0.2), the detection wavelength was 254nm. Result: Recovery of chlorogenic acid was 98.12% RSD=0.97%(n=5). Conclusion:This method is simple and reproducible, and it can be used for the quantitative analysis of chlorogenic acid in Yinqiaojiedu Granuces.
