翼首草的红外光谱鉴别

The Identification of Pterocephalus hookeri by IR Spectrum

摘要:

采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法直接测定藏药翼首草不同产地、不同药用部位的红外光谱,并比较了它们的红外光谱差别。实验结果表明:翼首草药材根与地上部分的红外指纹图谱有明显差别,可用于药用部位的鉴别;产地相距较远药材的红外光谱差别也较大,此方法也可用于鉴别药材产地。翼首草的红外光谱对不同药用部位、不同产地的翼首草有一定的鉴别意义。

Abstract:

we determine different producing areas and different parts of Pterocephalus hookeri by FTIR.The results of determination showed that there are great distinctions between roots and aerial parts of Pterocephalus hookeri.FTIR can be used as an assistant method to help identify Pterocephalus hookeri.
