Objective:To study the HPLC fingerprint of Poria and establish a effective method for controlling the quality.Methods:The samples were extracted with methanol and separated on a column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5%H3PO4 in gradient mode,and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,The detection wavelength was 242nm and the temperature of column was 30℃.Results:The batches of Poria grew in the different places were measured.The common model was established.The correlation coefficient and cos θ between every batch vector and the total standard model vector were used to define the similarity.Conclusion:The method of fingerprint by HPLC is established and the method is stable and reproducible.It was used for quality evaluation,of the crud drug of Poria.
