Abstract:Objective:To establish a TLCS fingerprinting for ethyl acetate extract of CDYH with anti-HBV activity in vitro,Which will be helpful for the quality standard of CDYH.Methods:Using HepG_2-2.2.15 cells strain,the anti-HBV activity of ethyl acetate extract of CDYH was detected by ELISA,meanwhile ethyl acetate extract of CDYH was chromatographed by TLC and acaned by CS9000 TLCS.Results:The ethyl acetate extract of CDYH has a significant inhibitory effect on antigen of HBV in vitro,and A good separating TLCS fingerprinting was established and four peaks were identified as berberine,caffeic scid,ferulic acid and rhein respectively.Conclusion:The fingerprinting was connected with the effect of anti-HBV activity,and the quality of this preparation was controlled better.
