大鼠子宫肌瘤两种模型比较与免疫功能的相关性研究

The Relation Between Immune Function and the Model of Hysteromyoma in Rat

摘要:

目的:比较雌激素和雌、孕激素合用所致大鼠子宫肌瘤模型与其免疫功能的相关性。方法:分别以雌激素和雌、孕激素肌肉注射造成大鼠子宫肌瘤模型,并在此模型上观察大鼠免疫器官,用流式细胞仪测定其T细胞表面分化群CD₃、CD₄和CD₄/CD₈的水平,用放射配体结合分析法测定雌激素受体水平。结果:雌、孕激素致大鼠子宫肌瘤模型表现出其免疫器官胸腺重量降低;CD₃、CD₄和CD₄/CD₈明显降低,CD₈明显升高;雌激素及其受体水平升高。结论:雌、孕激素致子宫肌瘤模型大鼠表现为免疫功能明显低下,雌激素受体水平是其主要影响因素之一。

Abstract:

Objective:The relation between immune function and the model of hysteromyoma of rat were studied.Method:Rats were injected with diethyl 1 stilbestrol,and progesterone and diethyl stilbestrol together.The immune organs were observed,levels of CD₃,CD₄ and CD₄/CD₈ in serum were measured by flow cytometer;estrogen receptor was analyzed by radioligand combination assay.Result:Compared with normal group,the weight of thymus,the levels of CD₃,CD₄ and CD₄/CD₈ of model group injected with diethyl stilbestrol and progesterone was significantly increased.Conclusion:It is suggested that the low immunologic functions in model rats with estrogen and progesterone together was lower,might be related to the levels of estrogen receptor.
