Objective:To determine the total polysaccharides in different growth phase of Fructus Corni.Methods:Colorimetry of Sulfuric acid—Anthrone was used to measure the content of total polysaccharides.Results:The content of total polysaccharides appeared regular changes and the content of total polysaccharides was highest in the mature phase.Conclusion:The result might provide scientific basis for havesting of Fructus Corni.
