Abstract:Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone ⅡA in Tiaoxuejiangzhi Pill.Medthod:The determination was performed on a DiamonsiL C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobiLe phase was a mixture of methanol-water(87∶13),the fLow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wave length was at 270 nm.Result:The linear ranges of tanshinone ⅡA were at(0.11~0.65)μg(r=(0.999 1));The average recovery was 100.1%,RSD=0.3%(n=5).ConcLusion: The method is sensitive,accurate and reproducible.It can be used to determine the content of tanshinone ⅡA in Tiaoxuejiangzhi Pill.
