RP-HPLC测定调血降脂丸中丹参酮ⅡA的含量

Determination of TanshinoneⅡA in Tiaoxuejiangzhi Pill by RP-HPLC

摘要:

目的:建立调血降脂丸中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定含量。色谱柱为DiamonsiL C₁₈;流动相为甲醇-水(87∶13);流速为1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长为270nm。结果:丹参酮Ⅱ_A在(0.11～0.65)μg范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系(r=0.9991);平均加样回收率为100.1%(n=5),RSD=0.3%。结论:该法灵敏、准确,重复性好,可作为调血降脂丸中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量测定方法。

Abstract:

Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone Ⅱ_A in Tiaoxuejiangzhi Pill.Medthod:The determination was performed on a DiamonsiL C₁₈ column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobiLe phase was a mixture of methanol-water(87∶13),the fLow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the detection wave length was at 270 nm.Result:The linear ranges of tanshinone Ⅱ_A were at(0.11～0.65)μg(r=(0.999 1));The average recovery was 100.1%,RSD=0.3%(n=5).ConcLusion: The method is sensitive,accurate and reproducible.It can be used to determine the content of tanshinone Ⅱ_A in Tiaoxuejiangzhi Pill.
