Determination of Loganin in Ningxinanshen Particles by HPLC

摘要:

目的: 建立宁心安神颗粒中马钱苷的含量测定方法。 方法: 用Phenomenex-C₁₈色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm);流动相:乙腈-水梯度洗脱;检测波长:240 nm;柱温:30 ℃。 结果: 马钱苷对照品在0.02~0.40 μg范围内,进样量与峰面积间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率97.10%。 结论: 该方法结果准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。

Abstract:

Objective: To determine the content of Loganin in Ningxinanshen Particles by HPLC. Method: Phenomenex C₁₈(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column was used. Acetonitrile-water by was used as a mobile phase gradient elution, flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1 and detection wavelength at 240 nm. Result: Loganin was linear in the rage of 0.02~0.40 μg Loganin, the correlation coefficient(r) was 0.999 9. The average recovery rate was 97.10%,RSD was 1.14%. Conclusion: The method can be used for quality control of Ningxinanshen Particles.
