中药十八反的现代临床应用数据分析与思考

Analysis and Thought on Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments Based on the Clinical Usage in Modern Time

摘要:

为探寻十八反药在现代临床中应用的规律,以中医药期刊文献数据库为检索对象,以基于频次统计及最大频繁模式挖掘相结合的分析方法,对1 964篇临床文献进行了总结。分析发现:现代临床中含有十八反药对复方的应用以个案报道居多,其适应证以复杂性、难治性病症为主,复方中部分十八反药对的配伍比例有一定规律,且较其他方药有更多内服与外用相结合的用药形式。说明近年来随着临床实践的不断补充和发展,人们对十八反方药的认识有了一定的变化,逐步肯定了部分相反药对可以有条件地用于临床。

Abstract:

To explore the basic rules of clinical application about eighteen incompatible medicaments contained in prescriptions in modern time. 1964 formulas were screened out of TCM journal databases and studied based on the method of frequency analysis and maximal frequent item sets mining. The result showed that the prescriptions existed in all kinds of clinical trials,and were mainly used to treat the difficult and complicated cases such as cardio-cerebrovascular disease, cancer,and so on. Clinical effects of some drug pairs were influenced by the dosage ratio and administration ways such as oral combined externally application. This systematic review provided valuable information on the evaluation of clinical safety about eighteen incompatible medicaments,and it might be helpful to provide scientific supports and instructions for the clinical practices of the related Chinese herbal medicine.
