Determination of Geniposide of Huangzhihua Oral Solution by HPLC

摘要:

目的: 建立高效液相色谱法测定黄栀花口服液中栀子苷。 方法: 采用Kromasil C₁₈色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(62 ∶38),检测波长为238 nm,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,柱温为30℃。 结果: 栀子苷在5.44~162.84 μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7;平均回收率为98.4％,RSD为0.75％(n=6)。 结论: 方法简便、准确、重复性好,适用于黄栀花口服液的质量控制。

Abstract:

Objective: A HPLC method for the determination of Geniposide of Huang-Zhi-Hua oral solution was established. Method: The HPLC system consisted of methanol-water (62 ∶38) mixture as a mobile phase, detecting wavelength was set at 238 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: Geniposide was linear in the rang of 5.44~162.84 μg·mL^-1, r=0.999 7; the average recovery rate was 98.4% (RSD=0.75%) respectively. Conclusion: The method can be used in the quality control of Huang-Zhi-Hua oral solution.
