Abstract:Objective: In the florescence of Cornus officinalis ,we observe the change in temperature and humidity for exploring the relationship between ecological factors and the flowering habit of C. officinalis . Method: We measure temperature , humidity and the number of blooming every 2 h in the sequence 5 day and night of the florescence of C. officinalis . Result: we find that in a day,the blooming time of C. officinalis is from 6 ∶00 to 16 ∶00,and the blooming time is from 8 ∶00 to 14 ∶00 when more than 84 percent buds effloresced. The best temperature of blooming is from 10 ℃ to 14℃,and the needful humidity is from 45 percent to 55 percent. Conclusion: Appropriating temperature and humidity is a necessary condition for flowering of C. officinalis . So we think the ecological factors is closely related to flowering of C. officinalis .
