胃肠舒对盐酸左旋精氨酸致大鼠胃肠动力障碍的影响

Effect of Weichangshu Tablet on Disfunction of Gastrointestinal Dynamics Induced by L-arginine

摘要:

目的 :探讨胃肠舒促胃肠动力的作用机制。 方法 : 选择SD大白鼠随机分为正常对照组、左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)对照组、L-Arg加西沙比利组、L-Arg加胃肠舒组。除正常对照组外,其余3组ip盐酸左旋精氨酸,各组分别给等容积的受试药物ig,眼底球后静脉采血,放射免疫法测定血浆胃动素(MTL),硝酸还原酶法测定血清一氧化氮(NO)。 结果: L-Arg加胃肠舒组较L-Arg对照组血浆MTL显著升高(P<0.05),血清NO显著降低(P<0.01)。 结论: 胃肠舒促胃肠动力的作用机制可能是通过升高血浆MTL和降低血清NO含量,使胃肠平滑机细胞内Ca²⁺浓度增加,Ca²⁺信号系统引发一系列生理功能,而促进胃肠平滑肌收缩效应。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the effect of Weichangshu Tablet on gastric dynamics. Method : Fifty SD rats were divided into 5 groups randomly: normal control,L-Arg,L-Arg and cisapride,L-Arg and Weichangshu. Except the normal control group, the other four groups were injected with L-Arg intraperitoneally. All animals were orally given the same volume of medicine. Motilin content in plasma was determined by radioimmunoassay, and nitrate reductase was used for detecting serum level of NO. Result: Compared with L-Arg, L-Arg and weichangshu could increase plasma motilin and reduce serum NO effectively (P < 0.01). Conclusion : The possible mechanism of Weichangshu Tablet for promoting gastrointestinal motility: It can increase plasma motilin and reduce serum NO,and these changes may increase Ca²⁺ and promote the contraction of gastrointestinal smooth muscle.
